Celebrating Community Heroes: Dr. Sara Riechers Joins Neighborhood Heroes Story Squad!
At Compassionate Dentistry, we believe that dental care goes beyond just keeping teeth clean – it’s about fostering a healthy, confident community through education and engagement. That’s why we’re excited to announce that Dr. Sara Riechers will be a featured guest at the Neighborhood Heroes Story Squad event at the Josephine Community Library! This special event is designed to introduce children and families to community helpers, giving them a chance to learn, interact, and explore the important role of dental health in a fun and engaging way. Join us on Friday, March 21, from 11 AM – 12 PM at the Grants Pass Library for a morning of storytelling, learning, and hands-on activities. Kids will not only hear from Dr. Riechers about what it means to be a dentist, but they’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions, participate in a Q&A, and enjoy a themed craft project to bring their learning to life.
Early exposure to dental education helps children feel more comfortable at the dentist, reduces anxiety, and encourages lifelong healthy habits. This event is the perfect way to introduce young minds to the importance of oral health in a fun, welcoming environment. Best of all, this event is completely free and open to the public, with no library card required to participate. At Compassionate Dentistry, we are dedicated to giving back to our community and supporting families in every way we can. We’d love for you to bring your little ones, invite a friend, and join us for a morning of smiles, stories, and learning! If you have any questions about your child’s dental health or are ready to schedule their next checkup, give us a call today!
